Positions available
Hey all so we have decided that some of you great members may want a bit more of a roll in the forums so we have stepped up and created some positions for you!
Please note that all positions are voluntary! You must be a motivated, positive and patient individual that can devote time to The Autism Network's forum. Although you will not be promoted right away, I would like to get some applicants so i can then decide who would be suitable for the positions. First of all please take a look at the descriptions below, then if you feel the position is still for you please send me your request by doing the following. Go to your UserCP (user control panel) click the Group memberships on the left and click join on the group you wish to be in. Once you have done this a page will come up and ask for a reason please type a little about you, your experience, what you think you can bring to us etc. Today we have the following openings: Welcome Team x3 Engagement Team x3 Welcome Team The welcome teams job is to make new members feel welcome! You are the first point of contact for new and current inactive members. You can help users by welcoming them on the forum, sending them a welcome pm and helping them get started with posting and using the site. If they are having trouble getting started with the site it is your job to be friendly and helpful to make them feel valued and help them to become a confident active member with us. Engagement team The Engagement teams job is to keep people engaged on the site! Get people posting and joining in on conversations. Post interesting topics or discuss a topic that may create a good debate! Reply to current post, forum games etc. Engaging users in conversation, ask there opinion, Tag them in posts by entering @[username]. and generally keep the site busy by posting and engaging users. Content is king! NOTE All staff need to be motivated and believe in what we try to do. As a staff member you should be happy to promote the site and bring in new members. You also need to be able to visit the forums at least once a week to post, reply to messages etc. The Sensory Spot. Sensory items of your chils dreams! Sensory chews, sensory blankets, oral sensory chews, sensory pencil toppers The Autism Network |

RE: Positions available
I would like to help, but wouldn't be any good in the positions that are open. Are there any openings for mods?

RE: Positions available
May I have a two week trial in the Engagement Team? My other job is boring! P.S. I'm surprised you missed the quote from Edward Scissorhands.

RE: Positions available
Danke schon. On Edward Scissorhands, you really should watch it. Rent or borrow the DVD if you don't want to buy before you try.
