Ok all i would love your feedback here, i am going to start creating a vast library of pictorial schedules, morning routine, night routine, going to the dentist/doctors, going out etc etc.
I will also be creating simple pages of PECS sets food, transport etc etc.
What i would like from you is as many schedule board, Pecs set suggestions as possible.
If you are suggesting a Schedule board please state what it is for and the pecs on it.
E.g.
Title: school schedule board
Pecs: Wake up, get dressed, breakfast, brush teeth, brush hair, school bag and go to school.
If you are suggesting a Pecs set then please state what it is for and the pecs on it.
E.g
Title: fruit pecs set
pecs: orange, apple, banana, grapes, strawberries, pear, melon etc etc
I am asking for your suggestions as it is easy for me to think up scenarios etc but much better if it comes from you and what sorts of things you need.
As many as possible would be fantastic.

Hello, sounds great. These are the ones I am currently looking for:
Getting ready for PE: Jumper off (blue!), shoes off, trousers off, t-shirt off, PE shorts on, PE shirt on, plimsolls on
and the reverse for getting school uniform back on: PE shorts off, PE shirt off, plimsolls off, school t-shirt on, trousers on, shoes on etc.
Also one for leaving the house for school:
go to toilet (?), shoes on, coat on, pick up lunchbox, school bag, leave house, (get in car - for those who drive!), arrive school
Good luck!

Hi,
I would also suggest Anger Management. e.g. waiting skills: boy/girl asks for something but has to wait 5 mins (Clock) until mum/dad can make the time. picture of parent expressing their love and a clock maybe?
parent does what they need to do, boy has waited really good, picture of happy faces....
Also I would suggest lots of happy faces for things like saying please and thank you!
Hope this is a little help!
Something very interesting is to design 2 way cards, so the routines or stories are at the front and a GREAT puzzle to conquer on the back. This can be laminated and velcro attached to a board. Makes it lots of fun and our children feel like they have achieved something.
cheers
